Advances in technology and the growth in essential requirements of tourists have caused the emergence of different parts of tourism business to respond tourists’ needs in receiving a variable range of information. This research has evaluated the spatial distribution of the web kiosks with an emphasis on the identified factors and the ways to optimize them. Web Information Kiosk provides tourists with useful information having the ability to provide information, promote, transact and interact, and intelligent relations with users. Large cities have essential needs for informing tourists by installing kiosks around the city. Hence, identifying potential sites suitable for installing and operating is a necessity. The method of this study is descriptive. The main data were gathered from a field study, by questionnaires and interviews; and other information has been obtained through the library research. In the field study, in first interview and by collecting information about the location parameters the, factors were identified and a questionnaire was designed. After collecting data and processing them by SPSS software, the AHP technique and the GIS were applied for environment analysis. The findings showed that the important the locations of the city such as Imam Khomeini square, the Airport, City Center and Kaveh terminal are the best places for installing information kiosks.
